Individuals may order by E-mail or by mail or by phone using Master-Card or VISA or American Express. Please provide name, address, daytime phone number, credit card number, and expiration date.
You may also send a check or money order drawn on a US bank in US dollars (Canadians may use a Canadian postal money order in US dollars).
Foreign Orders:
We can only accept Master-Card, American Express or
VISA payment for foreign orders.
PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED.
U.S.A. ORDERS: Add $6.00 to subtotal when ordering a single item to cover mailing cost. West Coast residents: add $7.00. (In Canada, add $10.00). When ordering multiple items, add $1.00 to base cost for each additional item or please call to verify postage and handling charge . Visa, Master Card & American Express accepted.
